Like the Covid new variants are surfacing, new variants of cheating are surfacing in Hyderabad to loot innocent buyers of their hard-earned money. To by-pass the Telangana RERA, the fraudsters have been changing names of the firms to promote sales. For example, RJ Group sold flats in pre-launch activity to build 550 flats under the title Jai Vasavi Bliss. Once it received notice from Telangana RERA, the firm changed its name as Sri Chetan Developers to continue with its illegal business. The Telangana RERA officials were shocked at the brazen fraud. They are gearing up to take action against the firm.
