In this context, here is the price range for open plots in several areas on the outskirts of the city.
In the outskirts of Hyderabad, from Shamshabad to Shadnagar, residential plots are available at affordable prices. In areas near Shamshabad like Kothur, Timmapur, and Nandigama, plots in HMDA and DTCP layouts range from Rs 15,000 to Rs 32,000 per square yard. Moving a bit further, Shadnagar also has significant real estate ventures. Depending on the venture, plots in HMDA layouts in Shadnagar are priced between Rs 20,000 and Rs 38,000 per square yard. In DTCP layouts in Shadnagar, plots are available from Rs 15,000 to Rs 32,000 per square yard.
On the Srisailam road, there are hundreds of real estate ventures stretching from Tukkuguda, Kandukuru, Kadtal, to Ameenguda. Being relatively closer to the city, plots in DTCP layouts in Tukkuguda and Kandukuru are priced between Rs 20,000 to Rs 35,000 per square yard. In Maheshwaram, the price ranges from Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 per square yard, while in Mansanpally, the prices range between Rs 22,000 to Rs 30,000 per square yard. In Ameenguda, developers have developed numerous real estate ventures, offering plots ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 30,000 per square yard.
In the Fourth City area, residential plots are available at affordable prices in areas like Mucharla and Meerkhan Peta. Depending on the project, plots are available between Rs 22,000 to Rs 30,000 per square yard. Nearby, there are large-scale ventures in Ibrahimpatnam, with prices ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 32,000 per square yard.
On the Vijayawada National Highway, from Peddamberpet to Choutuppal, developers have launched large-scale real estate ventures, with plots available between Rs 30,000 to Rs 45,000 per square yard. In Choutuppal, plots are available between Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 per square yard.

In Shankarpally, residential plots are available at affordable prices for the middle class. In the DTCP layout, plots are available between Rs 35,000 to Rs 45,000 per square yard. In Moinabad, in both the HMDA and DTCP layouts, the prices are ranging from Rs 28,000 to Rs 40,000 per square yard. In the DTCP layout, prices range from Rs 22,000 to Rs 35,000 per square yard.
In Ghatkesar, plots are available between Rs 30,000 to Rs 45,000 per square yard. In Keesara, in the DTCP layout, the prices are between Rs 20,000 to Rs 35,000 per square yard.
