The Regional Ring Road (RRR) is set to become a jewel for Hyderabad, which is growing as a global city. This green expressway, which will be constructed with 4 lanes over a total length of 347 kilometres, is being built in two phases. The governments aim to complete the construction of the Regional Ring Road within the next two to three years. As part of this project, the junction near Kesampet is expected to boost the real estate sector in the area, with many experts forecasting a bright future for the region.

The construction of an interchange near Kesampet on the Shamshabad-Jadcherla road is expected to bring significant infrastructural development in the surrounding area. With industrial development already taking place from Shadnagar to Jadcherla, the addition of the Regional Ring Road and the upcoming large junction near Kesampet are anticipated to further boost the region’s growth. The marking for land acquisition has already started in Kakanur village near Kesampet, and the real estate business in the surrounding areas is seeing a positive response due to the Triple R project. Previously, land prices between Kesampet, Balnagar, and Jadcherla were around Rs 80 lakhs per acre. However, with the Regional Ring Road junction now under construction, prices have soared to Rs 1 crore per acre. In the 2 to 3-kilometer radius from the road, the price is expected to range from Rs 60 lakhs to Rs 80 lakhs per acre.

Real estate ventures have emerged around Kesampet, including in areas like Talakondapally, Balnagar, and Aman Gali. In Kesampet, real estate project prices range from Rs 8,000 to Rs 15,000 per square yard, depending on the location. In the surrounding areas, prices are reported to range from Rs 5,000 to Rs 8,000 per square yard. In Talakondapally, flats are available with prices ranging from Rs 4,000 to Rs 14,000 per square yard.
