As long as the BRS government was there, investors used to focus more on Hyderabad. Many investors used to invest in pre-launches in the city due to the hype of the then government. They used to buy flats for profitable projects. However, with the Congress government coming to power and reversing the schemes of the previous government, the investors started taking a step back.
Especially with the cancellation of the Raidurgam-Airport metro line and Pharma City, many investors have almost left Hyderabad. Already, the investors who bought two to four flats are confused about what to do next. All in all, investors are waiting for Hyderabad’s construction sector to fall into a groove.
