Inventory of unsold houses..

The inventory of unsold homes in Hyderabad has been decreasing gradually. In 2020, there were 49,762 unsold homes with an inventory of 1.68 years. In 2021, the inventory was 80,110 homes with 1.57 years, in 2022 it was 98,978 homes with 1.47 years, in 2023 it was 119,245 homes with 1.59 years, and in 2024, it was 103,316 homes with 1.33 years of inventory.

In the first six months of the year, 62% of sales occurred in the North West region of Hyderabad. Homes worth Rs 36,276 crore were sold here. Sales of homes valued between Rs 5 crore and Rs 10 crore have increased by 449% compared to 2019. Sales of homes valued above Rs 10 crore have risen by 63%. While the average home value was Rs 1.1 crore in 2019, it has now increased by 44% to Rs 1.6 crore.
