SMR Vinay City Gated Community in Miyapur is developed by SMR Holdings. The construction took place even before the arrival of GO 86. After the builder handover in 2011, many assocations did a good job at maintaining it, but after SCOWA-7 community took charge four years ago, it completely brought to control unnecessary and wasteful expenditure. It introduced a rental service exclusively for owners living in the country and abroad. It started flat sales services. For this purpose, instead of appointing new staff, it used the existing staff. Due to this, the management team started getting regular income.
A special sports extravaganza program is conducted once a year for all. More than 75 percent of the residents enthusiastically participate in this program, which takes place every year for about three to four months. Through this, getting to know each other and friendship increased.
SMR Vinay City is a gated community where more than 80 days of cultural events are held throughout the year. Festivals like Vinayaka Chavithi, Dussehra, Maha Shivratri, Ugadi, Sri Rama Navami and Christmas are celebrated in a grand manner. Special events related to different states are held with great pomp. The management of a gated community is no mean feat. If you think with a little planning, study the situation realistically, and systematically use the staff, there will be no problem. And patience is also required to do this. In every community, no matter what good work is done, at least five percent of the people are demonized. Such people are everywhere. If necessary, take them into confidence. Or don’t pay much attention to them. One should think and make decisions keeping in mind the remaining 95 percent.
