Commissioner of Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation P Raja Babu has made it clear that the civic body would not tolerate if anyone engages in construction activity violating rules. He minced no words when he said that the civic body would not hesitate to pull down such illegal structures.
He advised builders against deviating from approved plan. He also asked the people against keeping building materials like sand, cement and steel on road posing problems to the people. Similarly, the demolition debris should not be dislodged on roadsides. If anyone violates the orders, the material as well as the vehicles would be seized. Moreover, such persons would be fined heavily, he warned.
