Evince interest in the Indian real estate sector as it is amenable for investments
The Asia-Pacific Region has emerged as the most popular destination for global investors because of the strong Indian economy, the availability of better work, and strong demand from investors. Because of these factors, the significance of India is increasing with each passing day in Asia-Pacific markets. Therefore, global investors are keen to invest in the Indian real estate sector, according to the Colliers APAC Trends Investor Outlook 2023 report.
Currently, global investors have high expectations for the performance of the Indian market because of its attractive pricing and better valuation, which yields stable income. In the first nine months of 2023, organisational investments in the real estate sector have registered 27% growth.
According to Colliers India senior director and research head Vimal Nadar, since 2018, investors have invested over $23 billion, occupying a 77% share among the total investors.
