The Lucknow Development Authority has tightened its belt to resolve the woes of the residents of apartments in the city. It has decided to constitute an exclusive Residents’ Welfare Association. LDA vice-chairperson Indramani Tripathi had a meeting with office-bearers of various apartment residents’ welfare associations’ office-bearers.
After discussing various issues, the meeting decided to constitute a special cell to resolve the problems of flat dwellers. Orders have been issued to authorities in this regard. The cell would have a nodal officer. He inspects the apartments and resolves the problems of the residents.
