To suit their tastes, several developers have come out with suitable ventures. A trend has begun to build homes in the lap of nature without disturbing natural beauty like streams, meadows and so on. Such projects are being conceived at sites that just two hours of driving distance from the city. Some realtors developed such ventures – Nature homes – in less than 50 the city, some others are building it in 200 acres. Developers like Janapriya Engineers, Giridhari Constructions have chosen Vikarabad to build nature homes as Vikarabad is called as mini-Ooty. Yet another developer is also planning to develop nature homes in 150 acres.
150-acre venture
We hear farm houses, week-end villas, week-end homes and many names of such ilk. In a latest development, a developer has planned to build nature homes in Vikarabad and kicked off several development works. It is preparing the blueprint to build these homes using naturally available material. It has plans to sell 50 to 100 such nature houses. Moreover, the plan is to build a resort in 10 acres. On the whole, the number of customers identifying the site in the nature’s lap is increasing. Mainly, the number of customers appears to be more for such homes in Gachibowli, from where they can commute easily to Vikarabad.
