Even after Babu’s win, we’re not at a loss!

There are rumours that there will be some loss to Hyderabad realty when the coalition comes to power in AP. Some people are talking with ignorance that the market will collapse here and sales will decrease. What everyone should pay attention to here is… from before the elections in Telangana until now, there has been a decrease in property values. The market has become somewhat dull. Those who expected stability have been disappointed. Moreover, with two months of holidays, many people went on tours or went to their hometowns. The beginning of school in June, the onset of monsoon, and festivities in Ashada month will contribute to the decline in the market. Without considering such obvious factors, spreading rumors about flat sales not happening in the market is not correct.

When Chandrababu Naidu was sworn in as AP CM in 2014, a large percentage of people said that Hyderabad was over. Amaravati is said to be developing wonderfully. But, everyone knows what happened after that. However, if we think realistically, it took about thirty years for a city like Hyderabad to develop. Moreover, it did not develop overnight. So, even though the development of Amaravati has started, it will take at least a couple of decades to blossom into a full-fledged capital.

Hyderabad is already a developed city. Any international company can easily start their operations in Hyderabad where the infrastructure is better. It can be said that it will take more time to create those conditions in Amaravati. So, if we compare the actual circumstances, even if Amaravati is announced, there is no loss for Hyderabad realty. With the competitiveness between the two states, it can be said that there are opportunities for further growth.

With the favourable climate, peace and security, friendly people, huge shopping malls, multiplexes, the already developed Outer Ring Road, the Regional Ring Road that will be developed in the future, Hyderabad will grow even more in the coming days. So, it can be said that there is no damage to Hyderabad due to Amaravati.
