A new committee has been announced by the Credai Telangana Committee. At a press conference held on Friday at Credai’s office in Kokapet, it was announced that D. Muralikrishna Reddy would serve as chairman, E. Premsagar Reddy as president, K. Indrasena Reddy as President-Elect, G. Ajay Kumar as Secretary, B. Panduranga Reddy, Purushotham Reddy, Gurram Narsimha Reddy, and Govardhan Reddy as vice presidents, Jagan Mohan Chinnnala as treasurer, Y. Venkateswar Rao, Bandari Prasad, Kashi Rama Rao, and M. Anand Reddy as Credai Telangana Joint Secretaries, C. Sankeerth Aditya Reddy as Credai Youth Wing Coordinator for Telangana, and Rohit Asrit as Secretary will perform their duties.
Chairman Muralikrishna Reddy spoke on this occasion and praised the new team. He promised that everyone would work together to develop Telangana’s real estate market. They intend to concentrate on the cooperation of builders, the extension of the Credai network to other districts, and the appointment of trustworthy builders. He said that areas used for recreation and peri-urban development cannot be used to make layouts. 5 crore and 75 lakh people are employed in the construction sector, he claimed, compared to 35 lakh in the central government. In addition, he proposed the establishment of a regulatory body to oversee the cement and steel industries, similar to how RERA was established to oversee the building industry. He expressed regret about the way these two sectors are affecting the building industry. He ordered that master plans for Hyderabad and other towns and cities be created as quickly as possible.
Speaking on this occasion, President-elect of Credai Telangana Indrasena Reddy quoted Winston Churchill, the former prime minister of the United Kingdom, who famously said: “We shape our buildings, and then our buildings shape us.” Hyderabad has gained global recognition thanks to Hitech City, the Financial District, and now the Neopolis. He said that 35 lakh people in India are living in urban areas due to the special features of the Telangana government. He said that Telangana has become a good definition of Sujalam, Suphalam, and Malayaja Sitalam (richly-watered, richly-fruited, cool with the winds of the south, dark with the crops of the harvests,The Mother!) Our Neopolis is beyond Gujarat Gift City, Bangalore Electronic City, and NCR DLF City, he said. It is said that there is an opportunity to provide jobs to ten lakh people in the next ten years. He expressed hope that there would be more development in the coming days. He expressed that for the next twenty years, Hyderabad’s real estate market will be in a state of flowing out.
Credai Telangana Secretary G. Ajay Kumar said, “Telangana state is now a state-wide hub for textiles, automobiles, pharma and health care, IT, ITES, aviation, food processing, and others. Separate corridors are being set up for each sector, which is attracting investments. The State Government has started work on ‘One District, One Product’ scheme, which aims to identify and promote products with high market potential for both export promotion and import substitution, ensuring the development of industrial zones and benefiting the districts. There is also the development of infrastructure and industry, healthcare, and employment creation. This has increased the demand for real estate across the state. Credai Telangana District Chapters are focused on helping expand membership and empowering them with new technologies and skill development with adherence to RERA guidelines, ensuring an ethical and healthy real estate sector across the state. “
