· Does it not amount to violation
of CREDAI code of conduct?
· How Rs 34 crore was transferred in 4 months?
Complainant against the alleged irregularities of MRO of Maheshwaram and EIPL, a person called Dastagiri Sharif approached court seeking directions to the police to register a FIR against them for irregularities in mutation of lands. Taking one step forward, Dastagiri approached Enforcement Direction seeking probe. In the complaint, Dastagiri accused the MRO and EIPL of conducting transactions worth Rs 31 crore in four months. He wondered at large scale transactions taking place in prohibited lands under Section 22 of the Stamps and Registration Act of 1908. He brought to the notice of the ED how the transfer of money had taken place: Is it through online transfer/cheques/demand drafts?
After the MRO handing over the pattadar-pass books to Khadarunnisa, it was revealed through the sale deeds that Bobbili Vishwanath Reddy and N Santhosh Kumar were allegedly paid Rs. 13.57 crore to Khadarunnisa . The complainant said in the letter to the ED. After that, Bobbili Vishwanath Reddy and N Santhosh Kumar have been accused of transferring 40 acres of land to EIPL company for Rs.17.49 crore during October 27 of 2021 to February 08 of.2022.
He appealed to the Income Tax Department to focus its attention to such huge financial transactions. In the letter submitted to the ED, the complainant stated that the same land was being sold by the company in pre-launches. Kondapalli Sridhar Reddy and Medha Ramesh, who are experts in UDS and pre-launch matters, recalled that they filed cases against each other in the Narsingi police station some years ago in the cheating case related to Rs.28.34 crore.
He said that the incident has shocked the entire construction sector of Hyderabad. However, as a responsible construction organization like CREDAI Telangana, presenting an award to an EIPL construction company is against the basic rules of the CREDAI. Dastagiri asked the ED to take stern action against Maheswaram MRO, Kondapalli Sridhar Reddy of EIPL and others.
