Thiyagarajan, the official representative of Hyderabad G Square Realtors, approached the Telangana High Court recently, seeking to stop Vanasthalipuram police from arresting him. This comes after a man identified as Konatham Navakishore Reddy filed a complaint with the police, saying that he had cheated the buyers in BN Reddy Nagar. He stated in his complaint that the company sold plots that had no proper permission from the local bodies and cheated the public. Vanasthalipuram police have registered a case. He approached the High Court, seeking to stay his arrest. The court directed the police to follow the procedure when exercising their powers.
