GSR Infra MD Guntupalli Srinivas Rao recently knocked on the doors of the Telangana High Court, seeking an order to stop the Kollur police from arresting him. The Kollur police have registered a case against Srinivas Rao based on the complaint given by a person named Ramaswamy Lakshmikanth Reddy. According to the complainant, the GSR MD did not hand over the property to him despite paying the entire amount requested by the company. There are allegations against GSR Infra that they have collected crores of rupees by selling villa plots and flats in pre-launch in Mokila. A case was also registered against him in Ramachandrapuram PS in the past. In this order, Srinivas Rao requested the court issue orders not to arrest him. However, the High Court rejected his plea and ruled that Srinivas must appear before the Investigating Officer of Kollur Station on March 12 between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.
