The International Tech Park-Hyderabad (ITPH), renovated by Singapore-based CapitaLand Investment (CLI), commenced its operations on Wednesday in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
In Block A of the ITPH, several international organizations have reached agreements to start their offices. The CLI has made it clear that the leasing activity of all the offices was over 100 percent.
MNCs like Bristol Myers Squibb, Ernst & Young, Tata Consultancy Services, VXI Global, US Technology, Warner Brothers Discovery, Cloud for C Services, ANSR Global Corporation, and so on entered into lease agreements to set up their offices in 1.4 million sft.
The ITPH would be completed in phases in 7 to 10 years. The technology park, once fully executed, would make available 4.9 million sft Grade-A office space to employers. The total seating capacity of the technology park would be at least 50,000.
Similarly, Bhumi Puja was performed for the construction of a data Centre with a capacity of 40 MW.
The CapitaLand India Investment Trust has 12 business parks in the country, including three in Hyderabad. Besides the data Centre here, data center’s are being set up in Navi Mumbai and Chennai. The company has made it clear that it has plans to set up another data Centre at its International Tech Park in Bengaluru.
