It asked the housing societies to take the support of the Taluk offices and private federations and register their conveyance deeds.
It made it clear that at least 50 registrations of the conveyance deeds by the societies should be accomplished per month. The new building owners who registered their housing societies should obtain the conveyance deeds within four months of the registration. Otherwise, notices would be served on the societies.
