Another prestigious project is coming up in Hyderabad, which will further strengthen the real estate sector in Hyderabad. Prestige is all set to launch the world’s largest township, whose construction of more than 6,000 apartments and villas in Rajendra Nagar will start at a cost of Rs. 5,000 crore. 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4 BHK houses will be built in this project, which will be taken up near Agriculture University. The project will be named Prestige City Hyderabad. Prestige, which has successfully launched projects in Bangalore and Mumbai, has now taken up this project in Hyderabad.
As many as 6647 flats will be constructed in 13 towers in an area of 64 acres. This will require 9.5 million square feet of space. Also, 119 villas will be built on 0.8 million square feet of land. A retail mall with an area of 10 lakh square feet is also being set up. The CEO of the company, Venkat K. Narayana, said that Hyderabad is advancing in the real sector after Bangalore and Mumbai, which is why they have taken up the Prestige City Hyderabad project in Hyderabad. It has been revealed that this project will be launched in two months. Meanwhile, Prestige has completed 280 projects in 12 cities across the country so far. This company has eight projects in Nanakramguda, Khanapur, Hi-Tech City, Kokapet, Shamshabad, and Rajendranagar in Hyderabad.
