Choutuppal Municipal Vice Chairman and councilors have complained to the HMDA Commissioner and special chief secretary to the department of municipal administration Arvind Kumar in writing to cancel the permissions given to the G Square Epitome Venture in Choutuppal alleging that the realtor has been indulging in several irregularities. The following are the irregularities reportedly committed by the G Square Epitome Venture
Naksha roads established for public needs were completely closed
Natural resources such as canals, ponds, rainwater drains were closed
This venture was developed by occupying the government lands adjoining the Epitome land
Epitome company obtained permission to develop the layout in only 300 acres, but illegally developing ventures in an additional 1242 acres. Villas are being constructed illegally in 1242 acres
Roads leading to the fields of farmers in the vicinity of the venture have been completely closed denying access to the farmers. Private security personnel employed by the Epitome have been reportedly threatening the farmers who raised their voice against the closure of roads to their fields
Choutuppal Municipal Vice Chairman and Municipal Councilors have threatened the government to take the matter to the courts if the authorities did not take action against the G Square Epitome Venture by cancelling the permissions accorded to it. They also demand re-survey of the land
