A significant number of new skyscrapers are coming up under GHMC limits. Interestingly, many developers are keen to building skyscrapers not only in West Hyderabad, but also in other areas. Ramanthapur, LB Nagar, Miyapur, Patancheru and other areas have also become favourites for these skyscrapers. GHMC has recently granted permissions to several such projects. While some of them already received RERA approval, others are awaiting for permissions. Here is a handful of these skyscrapers being constructed in different parts of the city.

- GHMC has granted permission for the project being constructed by DSR SR Prime Spaces with ground plus 34 floors in Shaikpet. It has a total of 434 flats, with height of 126.6 meters.
- Aurobindo Realty launched a project in Khanamet near Madhapur. The project with ground plus 41 floors, will have height of 135 metres. The number of flats will be around 161.
- MyScape Properties is constructing a ground plus 33-storey skyscraper at Nanakramguda. The number of flats in this tower is only about 31, but the height of the structure is about 122.9 meters.
- Another company is constructing a skyscraper of 41 floors in survey numbers 157, 158, 159, 160 of Ramanthapur. There will be a total of 586 flats in this project which will be about 135.2 meters height.
- In Madinaguda, a construction company is building a big skyscraper with a height of ground plus 46 floors. The total number of 742 flats are coming up in this project at a height of 141.8 meters, in the land under survey numbers 200/AA, 201/AA & 205/2/AA in Madinaguda.
- Sohini Developers is constructing a brand new ground plus 46-storey skyscraper at Khajaguda near Raidurgam. A total 974 flats will be built in this project of 194.7 meters height, under survey number 27/2.
Apart from this, companies such as Vertex Virat in Miyapur, Candeur Crescent in Serilingampally and others have started construction of skyscrapers under GHMC limits. The specialty of skyscrapers is that they will get abundant air and light, as well as prevents pollution from entering the house. Keen on these facilities, many buyers are interested in living in skyscrapers.
