Construction of flats has reached the feverish pitch in Miyapur, Bachupally, Nizampet, Hydernagar, Pragati Nagar and thousands of flats are being built in the region. Builders have focused their attention on Miyapur soon after the Miyapur Metro Railway Station became a reality. The area hogged the limelight with the construction of 40-storey tower by Candeur 40 on Miyapur-Bachupally road.
The same organization has kicked off another project on the same road. It has plans to build 45-storey structure. Just beside the project, a developer called Team Four is going to build 920 flats in six acres. Over 6000 flats are under construction from Miyapur to Bachupally cross roads.
The only disadvantage in the area is pungent smell enveloping the region. Over 25 builders are building 96 towers in 133 acres. Over 12,587 flats are being built in the region. The minimum cost of each flat would be Rs 40 lakh while the maximum price would be Rs 1.38 crore.
