Considering the promises being made, one cannot help but jump with joy to get a flat for just Rs 28 lakh. The developers claim themselves as top builders and world-class architect. But why are these two top-class people in Hyderabad, are illegally collecting money from the public without obtaining the permission of HMDA and RERA? What is their necessity to sell flats so shamelessly, under UDS? Can’t they build a project with world-class amenities as per norms. Why no body is stopping them from doing so in Hyderabad?

Upon learning about the project, some buyers contacted the Real Estate Guru (REG) to find out about the company’s background and past history. Surprisingly, the REG discovered that the company was started as an LLP registered company about eight months ago and did not take up any major project till date. Now it is the turn of the people to decide whether the developers without any major experience could complete the project. It is not clear as to why so-called reputed builder and architect chose to take up a world-class project without obtaining permissions from HMDA and RERA. Otherwise why would anyone sell the flats illegally to innocent buyers in Hyderabad? Will the government keep quite and a turn a blind eye to such project?
