The UP RERA breathed fire on nine developers for violation of its directions and imposed a fine of Rs 1.05 crore on them. The 93rd meeting of the UP RERA reviewed the implementation of its orders. It identified that some of the developers totally ignored its directions in spite of giving them sufficient time. Therefore, it imposed fine on them. It asked them to file a compliance report in 15 days and pay the fine in 30 days.
If the developers default payment of fine, the UPRERA threatened to recover the fine amount towards land revenue dues. To this extent, it served notices on Uppal Chadhdha Hi-Tech Developers, Future World Green Homes, Gardenia India, IVR Prime Developers (Avadi), AIMS Golf Town Developers, SJP Infracon, Nivas Promoters and KV Developers.
