- Plans for Data Centre expansion in the country
Anantraj Cloud, a subsidiary of real estate giant Anant Raj Limited, has focused on expanding its data centre operations in the country. To achieve this, it has partnered with Orange Business. Anant Raj Cloud, with the goal of providing secure, robust, and customized cloud services along with its data centre business to enterprises and public sector organizations in India, has launched a cloud platform called Ashok Cloud. To support this, Orange Business has been enlisted to help with tasks such as developing the technical framework and managing local data privacy and security regulations.
In this context, the two companies will work together. Gagan Singh, Chief Business Officer of Anant Raj Cloud, stated, “India’s economic growth, the Indian government’s push for data localisation, and the need for companies to rely on digital infrastructure are key factors. In this scenario, we are ready to provide convenient, secure, and scalable cloud services in partnership with Orange Business.”
Additionally, Anantraj Limited plans to invest further in its cloud capacity, which includes a 307-megawatt data centre footprint across India. Chalapathi Rao, CEO of Orange Business India, commented, “We are pleased to partner with Anantraj Cloud. We will provide state-of-the-art cloud services, along with secure, reliable, and future-proof infrastructure, tailored to meet their growing customer base’s business needs.”
