Sharing more details about the project, Mr. Vijay Kumar said, “We have started the Vasavi Sarovar project in Kukatpally, which is very close to Moosapet and Kukatpally Metro stations. IT professionals working in the Madhapur area can easily commute. Shopping malls and multiplex theatres are in close proximity. Not just that, there are many schools and colleges in the vicinity. Moreover, the starting price of the flat has been fixed at just Rs. 6,999 per square ft. Because of this, 100 flats were sold in just four days. Because of the spread of word, many people are planning to make the booking in Vasavi Sarovar.”

Rs 10 crore for the development of three ponds…

“There are three ponds near our Vasavi Sarovar project. Hence, we decided to make them artistic. We are developing each pond by spending about Rs 10 crore under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Act. We have set a goal to make this area the best in Hyderabad. After these works are completed, if someone comes and sees them, they will be surprised. We are shaping it in such a way that others will take our route and develop ponds the way we did. The project will be completed and handed over to the buyers by the end of 2026,” he added.

Six acres of open space, many bumper prizes…

“Although the total area of Vasavi Sarovar is 21 acres, we have left six acres as open space. It can be said that there is no community in South India that has left more open space than this.
