Actress Nandini Rai With RealEstateGuru
After seeing your dream house, you must feel a sense of elation and thrill! You know like just thinking moving into it should fill your insides with so much exhilaration, a feeling of being on cloud nine. A dream ground where you can’t wait to show it off! The Real Estate Guru got in touch with actress Neelam Gourani aka Nandini Rai who was recently seen on Aha’s ‘In the Name of God’ has fulsome plans for her dream house! If she had all the money in this world she said she is going to fully beautify her dream house with the trending gold leaf paint, it is melted real gold! “I am so fond of diamonds and sapphires that, the doorknobs are going to be made of those. Luxurious and classy! My sofa is the most expensive furniture that I have in my current house which actually alleviates the elegance of the house even more.”
She seemed so happy by just conversing about her dream home; imagine when it comes to life. She is a big fan of large and hefty spaces, diminutive spaces cause a sense of claustrophobia in her and that is what she wants to avoid in her upcoming home.
“I’ll make sure my backyard has small confines for the stray animals, I am enormously in love with them. Homeless animals will have my home! I would not want to have a swimming pool in the house, isn’t a water baby (she laughs) or a home-theatre room that is picking up these days. Whenever I return from a hectic day at shoot, all I want is to have my dream home inundating positivity into me. That is the whole purpose right? She added. Her dream home will basically check all the boxes but her way!
Living in a prolific apartment in the most commercialized area of Hyderabad city that is Banjara Hills, she has two vast halls & a soundproof room for conferences. Soundproof rooms are another facet that she is going to take along in her dream home! The sizzling actress also has an out-of-the-ordinary quirk for orchid lilies. She ensures every alternate day, the boy places them in her home and it is filled with fragrance.
“My dream house would be in my nation only; I recently had a visit to Jammu and Manali. Since I am so fond of mountains why not built them there? I choose mountains over beaches! I desperately want to own a wooden house in Kashmir valley. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and colorful flowers, I don’t want any neighbours amusingly,” she ceased.
Console and positivity are the two most vital factors to look out for in any house, the dream home shouldn’t get you depressed is what the former Big Boss contestant believes. She also has all the knowledge about ‘vastus’, she acknowledges that too.
“Your dream home should never be an accidental purchase! Plan the house in such a way that it accommodates every family member, one must not re-think about having a sudden sleepover at your place. Buy or create the house at the right place, do not be sorry later on (she giggles) check the surroundings; I abhor bad smell and garbage around my home! I have seen Manikonda where water fills so badly, it is a disgrace. They say, ‘Lakshmi’ resides in the kitchen, so have a neat & tidy kitchen and ‘Jahan kam saaman, wahan there will be more positivity’.”
