- TBF President Ch Prabhakar Raopleaded with Minister KTR
The Telangana Builders Federation has stepped up its efforts to address the NALA charges payment problem being faced by the Hyderabad developers. TBF President Ch. Prabhakar Rao urged Municipal Administration Minister KT Rama Rao to allow the builders to pay the NALA charges at GHMC or HMDA head offices while obtaining permissions for the same. He met the Minister at Pragathi Bhavan recently and explained about the challenges being faced by the builders in construction of the apartments on old plots registered in the Dharani website especially during payment of NALA charges. He informed that small builders were most affected due to the issues pertaining to the Dharani portal. As a result, the No Objection Certificate (NOC) was not being issued even after completing the construction. Minister KT Rama Rao responded positively about the problems faced by small builders and assured that appropriate steps would be taken to address it.
