The company says it is constructing 520 flats on eight acres of land in Patighanapur, which comes after Patancheru and Bhanur. It announced a bumper offer for those who would make a 100 percent payment. Those who will pay 100 percent during booking can buy a flat for just Rs. 3499 per sq ft.

And those who make a 50 percent payment will get the flat for Rs. 3,999 per sq ft. But those who will pay 20 percent in advance will have to shell out Rs. 4,999 per sq ft. This company is running a campaign saying people can reach IT offices, hospitals, schools, Hi-tech City, and Mind Space within twenty to thirty minutes from this project. Those who are buying flats at Vujwala Housing and Trinity Ventures must make sure the companies have all the approvals. A final decision should be taken only after examining the matter. There is no use in putting money in their hands first and then regretting it later.
