In Mumbai, another deal has occurred in the upscale sea-view apartment building, bringing two flats to a combined value of Rs. 170 crore. 360 West End, led by CEO Karan Bhagat, has acquired these two flats. Located in the prime area of Mumbai Worli, these flats are part of the 360 West project and are situated on floors 45 and 46, spanning 12,900 square feet of carpet area. The selling price translates to Rs. 1.31 lakhs per square foot.
This transaction marks one of the highest-priced real estate deals in the country so far. Additionally, Bhagat will also receive twelve car parking slots under the contract. Stamp duty worth Rs. 6.44 crores has been paid, and the registration was completed on the 28th of this month.
The Oberoi 360 West project in Mumbai is considered one of the most luxurious projects. It features 4 and 5 BHK units, with two towers.
