Our Team4 works on the basis of four principles: Truth, Trust, Transparency and Teamwork. Besides, all four of us are highly accomplished. That is why we have been successful.
If there are no differences of opinion, it is not a team. There should be differences of opinion. Brainstorming takes place, followed by making an informed decision. There should be no differences between people, but there should be differences in opinions. Only then will the best come. This is the key principle of Team 4.
We felt that the selected segment has potential in Miyapur. We were confident in giving buyers a good product. That’s why we started here. We are definitely ahead in quality and work progress. We will deliver the C block by December. We are working 24×7, and our staff is also very helpful. They do not feel the pressure of what they are doing because they consider it their passion. We are able to give a good product because all of them are performing well.
I worked at HCL Technology. Employee First is our company motto. Training, team-building activities, monitoring, and non-monitoring are being implemented here. Also, we are promoting the right people, increasing wages, and encouraging them to upgrade themselves.
There should be command and clarity on the budget. Also, there should be clarity on the schedule and casting. All three of these factors are very important for the success of a project. If these are correct, then there will be no delay in the project.
Ups and downs are natural in the real estate market. However, Team4 always wants to be the best, no matter what the market is like. Overall, the Hyderabad market is good.
Planning is very helpful. Hyderabad is always number one. We went to the market and explained about the product, location, and our past projects. We asked to compare with other projects in the market, and we got a good response. That is why we were able to sell up to 129 flats.
