The Trump Organisation, which is belonging to former US president Donald Trump, is toying with the idea of launching another six ultra luxury towers in India. Accordingly, it is holding negotiations with Tribeca Developers of Gurgoan. Executive Vice-president Donald Trump Junior and Tribeca Developers Kalpesh Mehta held negotiations in this regard. Later addressing media, Donald Trump Junior identified India as the largest market for The Trump Organisation outside the USA. He described his company’s partnership with Tribeca as good. He recalled how Tribeca Developers led by Kalpesh assisted The Trump Organisation in realizing its projects. He vowed his organisations commitment with Tribeca Developers.
In fact, The Trump Organisation will not invest funds directly in Indian projects. The responsibility of delivering the projects in India squarely rested with Tribeca. The Trump Organisation transfers its skills to Tribeca, which executed Trump Organisation’s projects in Pune and Delhi. Under the brand of Trump Organisation, six agreements are in final phase. Arrangements are under way to launch three to five projects in next 12 months, according to Kalpesh Mehta. As part of the forthcoming projects of the Trump Organisation, two commercial real estate projects are in the pipeline besides the ultra luxury residential projects. One of them is going to be executed in Pune. The possible locations of the project are Bangalore, Ludhiana, and Chandigarh.
