The Skywalk project is pioneering in the construction sector in Hyderabad. It has been initiated under the name of High Nine by the Anvita Group. Located near Tellapur MMTS Station and adjacent to the Kollur ORR Second Exit, this project spans approximately twelve acres. The project, which is being constructed at a height of 30 floors, includes a walking track designed within. Moreover, a total of twelve towers will be connected by a special connecting bridge. Essentially, by creating a skyline in Hyderabad, the Anvita Group is setting a precedent by establishing skywalks.
Alongside two, three BHK lifestyle apartments, the design of four BHK Sky Villas in the 29th and 30th floors has been completed. Additionally, along with fifteen acres, two sports complexes will also be established. An entrance lounge for every tower is being established. Another attraction is that there will be no traffic jams in the podium. Specifically for work-from-home individuals, office spaces have been provided separately.
