The Telangana government has responded to an article published by Real Estate Guru last Saturday about the pre-launch scheme by Aspire Realty and Bhavya Developers in Kollur. As per the orders of Sangareddy RDO, Patancheru Tehsildar and the Mandal Panchayat Officer conducted a field visit and removed the boards installed at the project site.
They informed that the work has not started there yet. However, they advised people against purchasing plots in unauthorised layouts. Those who intend to buy plots and houses are advised to buy only in approved layouts.
