Leading real estate consulting firm CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd. has announced the winners of India’s largest Proptech Challenge ‘Disruptech 2.0’, recently. In this, Strawcture from Delhi bagged first place, followed by Enlite from Mumbai and SuperBolter from Bengaluru. More than 400 startups from 45 cities across the country participated in this six-month-long challenge.
For the local market, the entries are divided into the ESG, FinTech, Construction Technology, and Swadeshi Tech categories. A large number of nominations came from fintech. Then there is ESG. An eminent panel of experts in the real estate field selected 11 finalists. The G20 Sherpa of India, Amitabh Kant, former CEO of NITI Aayog, and CBRE India CEO, Anshuman Magazine, gave away prizes to the three winners and felicitated them.
