Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is inviting bids to lease 5,532 square meters of its land at Renigunta near Tirupati for commercial development of the site. It has decided to give the site on lease for 45 years. The reserve price for the 7,502 square meters built-up area of the site is Rs 6.77 crore. RLDA vice-chairman Ved Prakash Dudeja said that the region is highly suitable for commercial development. During the current fiscal year, the RLDA leased its sites at Nizamabad, Chennai, Bhopal, Ludhiana, Abu Road, Varanasi and Gorakhpur.
