Reports are circulating that CM Revanth Reddy is benefiting middle-class homebuyers in Telangana. Recently, housing sales in the city have declined significantly, largely due to the Hyderabad factor. If this trend continues, builders are expected to sell flats at lower prices, with many rumours suggesting discounts of 10 to 15% in recent months.
Since September, there have been virtually no home sales in the real estate market. Most builders, regardless of size, are struggling to sell flats, with some construction firms reporting zero sales. If this trend persists for another two to three months, there’s speculation that builders will reduce prices further. Experts suggest that builders are likely reducing prices primarily for cash flow reasons. If they fail to meet monthly payments to banks and financial institutions, their properties could be declared NPAs.
Given that market conditions are expected to remain the same for another year, it seems that middle-class buyers will find flats available at prices lower than market rates in the coming days. As a result, many middle-class individuals are expressing their gratitude to Revanth Reddy.
