Smartworks Co-Working Spaces Limited is expanding its portfolio in Hyderabad.DLF Cyber City to get Smartworks Already having space in three locations in the city, the company has recently ventured into DLF Cyber City in Gachibowli. The company has taken 2.2 lakh square feet of office space on lease there. With this, Smartworks has announced that its total occupancy in Hyderabad has reached 10 lakh square feet.

So far, Smartworks has been operational at locations like Poorva Summit in Raudar, Galaxy in Kondapur, and Raheja Mind Space Building 3A and 3B in Madhapur. The new space in the IT corridor of Gachibowli is conveniently located near the Hi-Tech City and has good connectivity to the Outer Ring Road. Due to the consistent demand from companies, Smartworks is expanding in Hyderabad and ensures that its office spaces reflect a modern working environment with all contemporary amenities, as stated by the company’s founder, Neetish Sarda.
