Telangana RERA Authority is turning a blind eye to illegal developers. They are selling plots and flats as per their whimsicals. Some are turning even worse and selling in a multilevel system. Forget about layouts and constructing apartments, they have prepared a perfect modul operandi to cheat the prospective buyers. Accordingly, they will lure gullible buyers with attractive offers and collect money. After that, they will take up the project, if they want. Otherwise, they will use this money to enjoy a luxurious life, buy new cars, holiday abroad or use it to earn some good interest and then buy a piece of land. After three or four years, they sell this land and repay your money in installments – that too, if you are lucky.
Such a fraudulent company has started a prelaunch project in Isnapur near Patancheru and is selling flats at a fast pace. Supertech has become a popular name in the realty circles ever since its infamous and illegal twin towers built in Noida, were demolished recently, following the Supreme Court orders. Through its judgement, the Supreme Court sent a strong warning to all the builders across the country that illegal structures will be demolished. However, taking advantage of the popularity, a new Supertech company entered the Hyderabad’s realty market. One would be shocked to see the latest offer announced by this company.
To purchase a flat in a gated community at Rudraram in Patancheru, it would cost around Rs 5,000 per sft. But this company has been very generous and offering the flats at just Rs 2,499 per sft i.e only if you make a cent percent payment in advance. Normally, any gated community project would charge up to Rs 8 lakh for amenities and car parking. And again, this company is promising to provide them for free. Thus, a double bedroom flat will cost just Rs 27.50 lakh. If the Supertech company is willing to share its secret recipe for constructing a G+15 apartment for such a cheap price, the fellow developers are willing to follow the method and provide affordable housing to home buyers. Moreover, it will be of great benefit to the society.
People must be vary of such fraudulent projects. Unless one purchases a flat in a RERA-approved project, there is no guarantee for your hard-earned money.
