RERA notice to Ira Realty?

Prelaunch companies are having a field-day despite the uncertainty in the realty market. They have reached such an extent that they are openly publicising via social media that their project does not require RERA approval. The Telangana RERA Authority has recently issued a notice to such a company for its social media campaign.

As per reports, Ira Realty has started a project in Kollur and is said to have already sold the flats under prelaunch offer. Surprisingly, the company has announced that its new project the Ira M3 launched in Kollur does not require the RERA number. The matter came to the notice of the Telangana RERA Authority. In response, the RERA Authority issued a notice to the agency. Ira Realty has given notice to RERA asking why it does not require permission for its project. Now, we must see how the company responds to the notice.
