Efforts are being made to further enhance the brand image of Credai, Hyderabad, says DSL Infra Director Manoj Agarwal. He, who recently won the elections as treasurer for Credai Hyderabad, spoke to the Real Estate Guru in a recent press conference and expressed the hope that the Hyderabad real estate market will become evergreen after the election results are out. Together with their new team, they will work hard to increase the brand image of Credai Hyderabad, he said.
They are planning to shape their community so that buyers feel secure about buying houses at Credai. At present, as many as 305 developers are members of their association. He said that they will try to increase their number in the coming days.
Sharing more, he said, “The specialty of Hyderabad is that the infrastructure here is well developed. Outer ring road, inner ring road, slip roads, flyovers, subways, metro rail etc. have developed significantly. There is great international connectivity from here. The city also has a good cosmopolitan culture. Around one lakh CCTV cameras are guarding the city, so there is no danger to the safety of its citizens. Hence, it can be said that Hyderabad is the safest city.”
“The most important thing is that there is no shortage of water supply in Hyderabad for the next 15 to 25 years. Moreover, the weather here is liked by all. Due to many factors like this, people from other states of the country are also migrating to Hyderabad and are settling down here after their retirement. People belonging to other parts of the country are also buying houses in Hyderabad. Hence, everyone should recognise that house prices will not go down in our city,” he said.
“Hyderabad is not just any normal city anymore. It has joined the route of many foreign cities. Moreover, if we observe carefully, from the last few years, Hyderabad is currently developing in all four directions. Until recently, most of the IT, ITES and financial institutions were established in areas like Madhapur, Gachibowli and Financial District in West Hyderabad. As large number of companies are established there, most of the realty expansion is taking place in its surrounding areas. However, the government has chalked out plans to expand the development in other areas too. It established East Look Policy to develop East Hyderabad and to further encourage IT companies. Infosys has been established in Pocharam. Foundation stone has been laid for an IT tower in Kandlakoya. A biotech industry was set up in Shamirpet. A Medical Devices Park has been launched on Patancheru Road. Industries like Welspun started in Chandanveli. Moreover, a Logistics Park has been started on Vijayawada Highway. Having said this, the state government is working hard to develop the city in all four directions. Many buyers are interested in setting up a permanent residence in Hyderabad after observing many such factors. Due to the development of Hyderabad on all four corners of the city, a large percentage of people are investing in the real estate here based on their budget,” shared Mr Agarwal
