Rajeev Nayan Bajaj, son of the late Rahul Bajaj, has made a significant land purchase in Pune through the Rishabh Family Trust, where he serves as a trustee. The trust has bought land worth Rs 72 crore in the Koregaon Park area. This information was disclosed in a recent report by Square Yards. The land covers 4,667.3 square meters (approximately 1.15 acres) and includes a bungalow and an outhouse. The total built-up area is 1,493.7 square meters (16,079.68 square feet). The purchase was finalized with the signature of Rajeev Bajaj’s wife, Deepa Bajaj, under the Rishabh Family Trust. The transaction, completed this month, incurred a stamp duty of Rs 5.04 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
