Rajapushpa sets new record in domestic office leasing
Rajapushpa Properties has set a new record in domestic office leasing. The company’s Rajapushpa Paradigm, built in the Financial District, has leased nearly 10 lakh square feet of space to TCS (Tata Consultancy Services). This is the largest office leasing transaction recorded in 2024. Spread across approximately 2.63 acres, the project features office spaces in a G+18 structure, along with five basement parking levels.
