Primark’s Eco-nest in Nature’s lap

It will have a sewerage treatment plant, drinking water purification plant, rain-water harvesting structures, car washing facility, premium solar fence, automatic entry and exist system, CCTV, 24×7 security, basket ball court, multi-user play court, open fitness gym, tennis court, jogging track, children’s play area, party lawn, U-shaped trellis, sprawling lawns and many other added attractions. The club house has been designed with a dazzling entrance design. It will have a super market, badminton court, swimming pool, gym, indoor games, yoga room, day care facility, saloon, library, multi-purpose hall, restaurant, sitting lounges, guest rooms and spas. The flat cost goes upwards from Rs 46 lakh.
