The realty developer Praneet Group has launched a high-rise luxury project titled Ixora in JNTU area of
Hyderabad. The Praneet Group MD Narendra Kumar Kamaraju, directors Dinesh Reddy Sappidi, Aditya
Kamaraju, Narsireddy Sappidi, Sandeep Rao Madhavaram, KVS Narsinga Rao launched the project,
which is coming up on a site area of 8.31 acres. In all, 1504 units will be built in high-rise towers as part
of the project. The project offers 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5-BHK units with site area ranging between 1305 sft to
3130 sft. Play area for the children, walking space, swimming pool, Amphi theater, pet park, indoor,
outdoor amenities will be on the offer as part of the project.
