Hyderabad, August 23, 2021: Parijatha Homes and Developers, which has twenty years of experience in the real estate sector and has already completed 15 ventures successfully is all favorite of consumers, says famous film director Ramgopal Varma. Along with *Hockey legend Padmasri Mukesh Kumar, RGV released three venture brochures being built by Parijatha Ventures. Congress party’s official spokesperson Dr Dasoju Shravan Kumar and TRS leader Manne Govardhan Reddy were also present on the occasion. Company Chairman Sri Thatipamula Anjaiah, Managing Director Sri Naresh Kumar and Director Sri Sridhar participated in the occasion.
A venture named Parijatha Prime has been launched near Nehru Outer Ring Road, close to the wonderla, in Adibhatla, which is the new hub of several software companies. The venture is beside the TCS building. 900 flats will come in this. Work has already started and HMDA permission has also been received. Flats will be available here in another two years.
The second venture started in the Bacharam area. It consists of 390 flats along with a commercial building. It is very close to the Taramathipet exit on the outer ring road. This also will be ready within two years. The Parijatha Icon venture works started in Shamirpet near Leonia resort, in a vast space of 20 Acres. 1500 flats will come in 12 towers along with two clubhouses too. This project will be completed in a span of three and a half years.
All three ventures have full permission from HMDA. The 2BHK flats with a plinth area of 1100 square feet and the 3BHK flats with a plinth area of 1650 square feet will be available in all three ventures. The price of the flats is as low as Rs. 3,500 only per sft so that it is within the reach of common people, said Thatipamula Anjaiah, Chairman of Parijatha Homes and Developers. He also said that they are planning to hand over all the flats to the buyers within stipulated time with the hard work of their Managing Director Mr Nareshkumar and Director Mr Sridhar.
Parijatha Builders, which was started in the year 2002, has built many ventures not only in the surroundings of Hyderabad but also in places like Kakinada and Bhimavaram of Andhra Pradesh too. Altogether, they have successfully completed nearly 15 ventures and handed them over to the buyers. The brochure release function was conducted by Rakshha Reddy of Herannya Event planners.
