Parijatha Developers turning into a big trouble to buyers

A recent incident has come to light where Parijatha Developers, after selling flats in pre-launches, misled buyers. In the Parijatha Armour City project in Nizamabad, the company lured buyers by offering flats at a low price. Through several agents, they collected amounts ranging from Rs 15 to 25 lakh from each person. To gain the buyers’ trust, they even registered a piece of land for them. However, despite promises made in 2021, the construction of the apartments has not been completed to date. Even by 2025, there is no progress, and when buyers demanded their money back, they were given worthless checks, with Parijatha Developers failing to fulfill their commitments.

This scam, in which up to 40 buyers lost their money, was recently brought to light by REGTV. Some of the victims contacted the channel to share how the company had deceived them. When they asked for their money back, Parijatha Homes continuously delayed and misled them, leaving the buyers frustrated and helpless.

According to reports, the number of victims of this fraud may be in the hundreds. The victims are now appealing to the government to ensure justice for those who have been cheated.
