It is predicted that with the support of the newly-formed
government, real estate will further grow in Hyderabad.
Industry experts are of the opinion that there is no danger to the future of Hyderabad’s real estate sector and there is no possibility of demand decreasing. It is stated that the Hyderabad real estate sector will not suffer as a result of the key decisions taken by the newly formed Congress government for the development of infrastructure.
In fact, the previous BRS government mainly focused on the development of Hyderabad. Key measures have been taken, especially for the development of the real estate sector. In this order, an acre of land in Hyderabad fetched more than Rs. 100 crore. As a result, BRS stated that the leverage of Hyderabad has increased, but because of this, land prices have skyrocketed and the common man’s dream of owning has become more distant. During the Telangana Assembly elections, the people of Hyderabad showed their support for BRS, which provided full support to the real estate and IT sectors. That is why most of the 38 seats won by that party are in Hyderabad.
On the other hand, during the election campaign Revanth Reddy, the TPCC chief, also stated that he has a mega-master plan for the development of Hyderabad. He clarified that, coming from the real estate sector, he knows how to develop this sector. As part of this, after coming to power, the Congress government is determined to develop Hyderabad to compete with international cities. It has been announced that the 2050 mega-master plan will be brought about for this purpose. There is a plan to bring together seven municipal corporations and 30 municipalities under HMDA to form a Greater City Corporation. It is also planning to undertake many development works on the Regional Ring Road. The government is thinking of cleaning up the filthy Musi. Revanth Reddy is thinking of developing it like the Thames River. It has already been reviewed with the authorities. He went to London and saw the development of the Thames Riverside and the tourism there. If Musi is beautified, there is no doubt that Hyderabad will boom even more. This will increase the demand for houses on both sides of the Musi. If all these are implemented, Hyderabad is sure to enter the path of further development. It is expected that the real sector will also develop well.
