In the month of May 2024, HMDA has sanctioned around three hundred projects. Together, constructions are being undertaken in an area of about 141.73 lakh square feet. Remarkably, there are many big projects in it. It can be said that the officials of the municipal administration department were surprised to see the permissions granted last month. In the same month of April, permission was granted for an area of 28 lakh square feet. In March, HMDA granted permission for an area of 33 lakh square feet. All in all, if you look at the people taking permissions for new constructions in Hyderabad, it can be said that there is an opportunity for the market to go on the path of development again.
