The Regional Ring Road is set to be constructed outside the existing Outer Ring Road around Hyderabad city. The RRR will connect several areas in Telangana, and the state government believes that the project’s completion will transform the state’s landscape. The Revanth government aims to complete the construction of the RRR within the next three years. As part of this project, a major junction will be built near Narsapur, which is expected to boost the real estate sector in the area.
The prestigious RRR project is designed to include a total of 12 interchanges, which will connect to national and state highways. These interchanges will feature large junctions, and the development of these international-standard interchanges is expected to create significant opportunities for real estate growth in the surrounding areas. The junction near Narsapur is particularly important in the context of the RRR interchanges. Officials say that this interchange will connect to the main road leading to Medak, and extensive infrastructure will be developed around it. The area from Gandimaisamma to Dundigal has already seen development, and with the construction of the Regional Ring Road and the large interchange near Narsapur, this region is expected to experience even more growth.
