According to the registered documents of the property, it was registered on May 10 by paying a stamp duty of Rs 1.04 crore. Prior to Neetu Kapoor, Bollywood diva Alia Bhat acquired a new premium apartment measuring 2,497 Sft at a total cost of Rs 37.8 crore. The property was registered on April 10 by paying Rs 2.26 crore towards the stamp duty. On the same day, Alia Bhat gifted two apartments each worth Rs 7.68 crore to her sister Shaheen Bhat and paid Rs 30.75 lakh towards the stamp duty.
